Head Chef Federico Congiu kicked things off as a secret lockdown pop-up before turning Parco Project into the Parco Ramen you know and love. 

The critics have been slurping along since the start, with Time Out giving us four stars. We have been named a local gem by The Urban List and Broadsheet while moving from secret project to Smith Street staple. SMH Good Food even hailed our signature lobster ramen as a seriously special soup.
